MOORPARK, CA – The University of St. Thomas Women's Golf team wrapped up Day 2 of the Cal Lutheran Invitational with a determined and aggressive finish. The Celts battled to maintain their position throughout the tournament and ultimately secured a 4th place overall finish against a competitive field.
St. Thomas posted a two-round team total of +67, opening with a strong +24 in Round 1 before finishing with a +43 in Round 2. Despite the tougher second round conditions, the Celts showed resilience and composure to remain in the top four.
Leading the way for UST was
Cameron Frazier, who finished 9th overall with a two-round total of +11 (74-81).
Emma Koch followed closely behind, placing 10th overall at +12, highlighted by an even-par opening round.
Leah Torres added another solid performance for the Celts, finishing tied for 14th with a total of +18 (83-79).
Josefina Demonti competed through both rounds to finish tied for 28th at +28, while Regina Garcia Perez posted a +33 total. Competing individually,
Katelyn Marti rounded out the Celt lineup with a total score of +57.
