FORT WORTH, Texas – St. Thomas men's golf team sits in fifth place after two rounds of the SCAC Championships, posting a team total of +17 at Hawks Creek Golf Club The Celts improved in round two with a +7 performance, positioning themselves for a move up the leaderboard on the final day.

Landon Chau led St. Thomas through two rounds with a +2 total, following rounds of 35 and 38 to sit inside the top 10 individually. Antonio Ramirez and William Alberty each carded +4 totals, with Ramirez bouncing back from a 34 in round one to finish at 71 overall, while Alberty closed strong with a 36 in round two.
Jesus Del Aguila added a +8 total for the Celts, and Lawson Fiscus rounded out the scoring five at +10 after consistent rounds of 38.
As a team, St. Thomas remained competitive in a tightly contested field and will look to capitalize on its momentum heading into the final round.
