BELTON, TX – The University of St. Thomas Women's Tennis team wrapped up the Crusader Invitational with a successful final day, collecting two doubles titles and a singles championship.

In singles play, Lucia Rodriguez battled for third place in Line A but came up just short against Howard Payne 6-1, 5-7, 10-5. In Line C, Adriana Iturralde reached the consolation finals before falling to LeTourneau 7-5, 6-1.

On Line F, Aimee Tran competed for third place but fell to LeTourneau 6-4, 6-2, while Nataly Velasco shined in the same draw, capturing the title with a 6-1, 6-3 victory over Schreiner.

Line G featured an all-Celt final as Hannah Snyder and Marlie McArthur faced off. McArthur earned the win after Snyder retired in the second set, giving UST another singles crown.

Doubles play added even more highlights. Rodriguez and Herrera dominated LeTourneau 8-1 to claim their Line C championship, while Iturralde and Tran secured another doubles title with an 8-3 win over Howard Payne.
