ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The University of St. Thomas women's track and field team competed against a strong national field at the Augustana Midwest Twilight Qualifier, hosted by Augustana College, as the Celts made one final push for a potential berth to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

The women's 4x100-meter relay team of Quadetra Wilburn, Christalyn Dorsey, Houlda Dibanda, and Trinity Provost represented St. Thomas in one of the nation's top last-chance meets. The quartet finished ninth overall against a highly competitive field, concluding a season in which the relay established itself as one of the premier sprint groups in program history.
Wilburn and Dorsey also competed individually in the women's 100 meters. Wilburn placed sixth overall with a time of 12.22, while Dorsey finished ninth in 12.55 to cap off outstanding outdoor campaigns for both sprinters.
Throughout the 2026 season, the Celts produced multiple school records, conference championships, and nationally ranked performances, highlighted by their record-setting relay teams and dominant sprint performances at the SCAC Championships.

St. Thomas will now await the official NCAA selections to determine whether the Celts have earned the opportunity to compete at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships later this month.
