KERRVILLE, TX – St. Thomas Men's Golf team opened play at the Schreiner Invite in Kerrville, Texas, hosted by Schreiner University. After round one, the Celts sit tied for fifth place woth a totla score f +27. They look to return to the course for round two tomorrow.
Jesus Del Aguila led the way for St. Thomas, finishing the day tied for fourth overall with an opening round 74 (+2). Antonio Ramirez and Landon Chau each posted rounds of 79 (+7) and sit tied for 22nd.
Bryce Brazzel paced the individual competitors with a 78 (+6), while Aasher Barrows carded an 82 (+10). Lawson Fiscus turned in an 83 (+11), Drake Durrett finished at 85 (+13), and William Alberty rounded out the Celt lineup with an 88 (+16).
