HOUSTON, TX--St. Thomas Women's Cross Country team placed fifth overall in the 6K race for SCAC Confernce Championships, putting together a solid effort against strong competition.

Alejandra Ramon led the way for the Celts with a time of 23:14.01, finishing inside the top 10. Ramon made history for the program, becoming the first runner in UST women's cross-country history to earn All-SCAC honors. She finished ninth overall among a competitive field of conference runners to secure her spot on the 2025 All-Conference Team.
She was followed by Keyanna Brown at 24:38.74 and Elyssa Rodarte at 25:10.30 to give UST three finishers in the top 25. Rounding out the lineup were Lexie Rojas (27:58.07), Ana Luna (27:58.69), Jaden Leddy (28:08.60), and Jocelyn Izavarras (31:01.85), each contributing to the team's fifth-place finish.
