Rock Island, IL – The University of St. Thomas Men's Track & Field team continued its pursuit of national championship bids at the Augustana Midwest Qualifier in Chicago.

Leading the Celts was Bryce McIntyre, who delivered a strong effort in both of his events. He placed 4th in the 400m with a time of 47.91 seconds, continuing his stretch of sub-48 performances. McIntyre also competed in the 200m, finishing 11th overall in 21.48 seconds, reinforcing his status as one of the top sprinters.

The Celts will continue their efforts on Day 2, seeking to improve their standings and achieve national qualifying standards.
