The University of St. Thomas Women's team made quick work of the Letourneau Yellow Jackets en route to their 9-0 victory.

The Celts started off strong as they won all three doubles matches by a landslide. In the three sets played, the Celts only let an accumulative 8 points be put up by the Yellow Jackets. The singles matches were also very Celt dominated as they won all 6 matches. The most contested match of the day was Alyssa Davila's in which she took the third set in a hard-fought victory of line three singles.

"I was really proud that the girls came because that is when the pressure is on and they didn't crack" said Head Coach Jack Brasington. "They stayed firm and kept believing in themselves."

The Celts continued their dominance with adding this 9-0 win to their third straight of the season.

Women's Tennis looks to continue in their winning ways this Sunday at home as they host Trinity University.
